TEST
AND WARRANTY
The
Resin System is based on an acrylic resin product, which gives excellent performance
with regard to weathering, heat and U.V stability.
The pigments used to colour our resins are organic powder pigments, which combine outstanding tinctorial properties with excellent fastness to light, (U.V stability), weather, heat, chemicals and solvents. They fulfil the requirements of the most extreme and critical applications and, when blended into the acrylic resin base, it gives excellent durability and flexibility allowing the resin to expand and contract in extreme climates without cracking.

| Resin coloured panels were exposed to a water screened xenon burner (Xenontest ISO) until a definite change has occurred equivalent to 3 on the ISO Grey Scale for colour change. Fastness was rated according to the BS1006, B02 : 1978 (ISO/R05) against simultaneously exposed Standard Blue Wool Scale patterns on the geometric scale 1 - 8 where 8 denotes the highest U.V fastness. | ||

| WEATHERING |
| Resin panels were exposed for 1000 hours in an Atlas Weather O Meter equipped with a Xenon Burner. Assessment was made using ISO Grey Scale for colour. Weathering grade achieved a Grey Scale 1 - 5 = 5. |

The
manufacturer of the system guarantees that the Resin Lead Outline and Resin
Infill Colour or Spray will not fade by more that 10% of its original colour
density. Neither will it chip or peel within a period of 10 years from the
date of application to any approved surface. Subject to misuse or abuse and
to correct application.
